Blue Glaucas (Blue Sea Slug) Amigurumi v.2 by kamidake Blue Glaucas (Blue Sea Slug) Amigurumi v.2 by kamidake
Second attempt at making the Blue Glaucas. I have a whole bunch of those DMC embroidery floss sitting around so I thought I give them a try. Made a bunch of modifications from v.1 and I think it turned out much better. Except that it was such a huge pain in the rear (or my fingers) to make tiny tiny crochet stitches.

Length: 3.25"
Width (tentacle to tentacle) 3.5"
Completed: October 6, 2012.

Yeah, it was quite a bit of work for something so small. Probably smaller it is the more work it takes. XD Thanks for the comment!

My gosh, this is amazing work! I remember finding these critters on the beach after a storm as a kid, we called them sea skinks. XD

That is adorable, nice job!

No way! One of the great things about amigurumi is seeing all the different interpretations of the same things. So please by all means, make one! :D
